In a video posted on YouTube, it is said that the 2nd teaser of the game might be released between January 15 and January 19, 2021, but there is not an official statement released by the PUBG Corporation.
With the whole FAUG vs PUBG debate fueling now, there are a lot of rumours floating in the air regarding PUBG’s comeback in India. Though PUBG’s relaunch date is not yet decided, there is a video that was uploaded onYouTube with the news saying the second trailer of PUBG India might release between January 15 and January 19, 2021.

In the YouTube video, it is said that “The 2nd teaser for PUBG Mobile India contains some big PUBG content creator of India “. If this comes out true then there will be a piece of positive news for the PUBG game launch in India because most of the PUBG lovers started thinking that the arrival of the game is now not possible in India.
The first official teaser of PUBG Mobile India has already been released in India after the Government of India banned 118 applications including PUBG Mobile due to security reasons. Another positive news came after the release of the teaser that PUBG Mobile is now a registered company in India and registration of the company was completed on 21st November 2020.
After the registration, Krafton appoints Aneesh Arvind as the new country manager for India, and some other team members were added to the team after the country manager appointment. After all this positive news, it is expected that the wait is soon going be over for the PUBG lovers and the game will be soon available for download from Google Play Store and Apple Store.

As for the previous developments in the timeline of PUBG, is that a new team has been appointed by Krafton Inc to handle the operations of PUBG Mobile India. The country head is Aneesh Aravind who has previously worked with Tencent.
Some reports have hinted that PUBG Corporation is making attempts to reach out to the Indian government so that they can work out the details of PUBG Mobile India’s relaunch in India in March. However, no confirmation has been given out. With the hopes of being reinstated in the country, PUBG Mobile India has been registered as a new company with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs with a paid-up investment of Rs 5 lakh.
But is there a fixed date on PUBG’s release in India?
According to other reports, PUBG India relaunch could take place in March, especially now that the release date of FAUG is out, it is an added pressure on the PUBG India team to give out concrete information regarding the same.
“Any banned entity can’t operate just by floating new companies. This even Tik Tok or anyone else can do. They will have to get permission from MEITY to operate once again in India”, InsideSports was informed. Post that PUBG had requested for a meeting with the government officials since then, but no wish till date has been granted.
