It will take about thirty to thirty five minutes to do this work. Therefore, if you want, keep the khova beforehand. 

Now keep the water in a pan for heating. Put the guava pieces in this boiling water. Cover it on the gas for a while. Remove the lid and see if the guava has been cooked, take them out of the water and keep them aside. After this make a paste in the mixer. Sieve this paste so that the BJ part comes out and the paste becomes smooth. 
Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it. Then add guava paste and fry it. When it is roasted well then add sugar and stir it. When the sugar melts, add the khoya. Cook it well while stirring for three to four minutes. Then add cardamom powder to it. When the pudding becomes dry and thick, remove it from the gas. Serve hot with chopped cashews and almonds on it.
